IF YOU ARE WRITING ABOUT CASTING

The Hub City Players do not have formal auditions, choosing rather to experience local talent in other performance settings and when applicable, invite them to be part of a show. There are no specific requirements, but it is based on needs for a show and experience of the performer as well as recommendation of current members. 

 

We strongly encourage people to try out for Hattiesburg Civic Light Opera, Laurel Little Theatre, and if you are involved with a church or school, their productions. Be visible parts of their productions in any facet on or off stage. We always have an eye out for new talent.
